You may still log in to download updates for your software using the same login credentials you used on IPTM's software support site.
Enter your agency id and password in the form to the right to log into the support site now. If you do not know your agency id or password,
click the "Forgot your Password?" link and enter your serial number to retrieve them, or contact us
by phone or email to obtain your agency id and password.
